結構特點：

該機型由容器、螺（luó）旋攪拌葉片（piàn）和傳動部件組（zǔ）成：螺（luó）旋葉片一般做成雙層或三層外層螺旋將物料從兩側向中央匯集，內層螺旋將物料從中央兩側（cè）輸送，形成（chéng）對流混合（hé）。

Features:

This machine is composed of container,screw stirring paddles and transitionaI parts; the screw paddle are generally made into 1 layer or 3 layers,  the outer screw converge is  the  material to the  centre from two sides,  and the  inner layer of screw conveys the materiaI to  the two  sides from  the  centre,  so  as to from convection mixing.

適用範（fàn）圍：

螺條混合機一般用於粘性或有凝聚性的粉粒體的混合以及粉粒體中添（tiān）加液體及糊狀物料的混合，同（tóng）時由於粘性物料清洗困難的特點，適用於產（chǎn）量大、不經常更換品種的場合混合。

Main Application:
