結構特點：

該機型由容器、螺旋攪拌葉片和傳動部（bù）件組（zǔ）成：螺旋葉片一般做成（chéng）雙層或三層（céng）外層螺旋將物料從兩側向中央匯集，內層螺旋將物料從中央（yāng）兩側輸送，形成對流混合。

Features:

This machine is composed of container,screw stirring paddles and transitionaI parts; the screw paddle are generally made into 1 layer or 3 layers,  the outer screw converge is  the  material to the  centre from two sides,  and the  inner layer of screw conveys the materiaI to  the two  sides from  the  centre,  so  as to from convection mixing.

適（shì）用範圍：

螺（luó）條混合（hé）機一（yī）般用於粘性或有（yǒu）凝聚性的粉粒體的混（hún）合以及粉粒體中添加（jiā）液體及糊（hú）狀物料的混合，同時由於粘性物料清洗困難的特點，適（shì）用於產（chǎn）量大、不經常更換品種的場合混合。
