工（gōng）作原理：

各種幹粉（fěn）物料從設備頂部（bù）加入，經脫氣、螺旋預壓進入對輥，在對輥極大的擠壓作用下（xià）使物料產生塑性變形而被（bèi）壓縮（suō）成（chéng）片狀。片狀物料再經過破碎（suì）、整粒、篩分等過程，得到顆粒狀產品。擠壓力的大小（xiǎo）可根據造粒操（cāo）作的需要由液（yè）壓油缸的（de）壓力（lì）進行調節。

Working principle:

Dry powder material of varying kind brought in from the top of the plant get into the twin-roller after being degased and pre-pressed  by screw and is  compressed by the  great pressure to form the table  material due to the plastic deformation. The shall be  be gotten tablet material well be come end products after the  process  of being  broken, marumerized, screen sized .The amount  of extrusion pressure can  be changed by adjusting the pressure of hydraulic cylinder according to the requirment of granulation.

應（yīng）用範圍：

膠（jiāo）囊填充顆粒、顏料 、洗（xǐ）滌劑、催化劑、碳酸鍶（sī）、化肥、白炭（tàn）黑、無機鹽類、氯代異氰尿酸類、漂粉精（jīng）、農藥、氧化物等，以及工業（yè）回收粉塵物料：如鑄鐵廠粉塵、鉛、鋅、鋁粉塵、轉（zhuǎn）爐粉塵、濾塵、磨削等粉塵。
