工作原理：

各種幹粉（fěn）物料從設備頂部加入，經脫氣、螺旋預壓進入對輥，在對輥極大的擠壓作用下使物料產生塑（sù）性變形而被壓縮成片狀。片狀物料再經過破碎（suì）、整粒、篩分等過程，得到顆粒狀產品。擠壓力的大小可根據造粒操作的（de）需要由液壓（yā）油缸的壓力進行調節。

Working principle:

Dry powder material of varying kind brought in from the top of the plant get into the twin-roller after being degased and pre-pressed  by screw and is  compressed by the  great pressure to form the table  material due to the plastic deformation. The shall be  be gotten tablet material well be come end products after the  process  of being  broken, marumerized, screen sized .The amount  of extrusion pressure can  be changed by adjusting the pressure of hydraulic cylinder according to the requirment of granulation.

應用範圍：

膠囊（náng）填充顆粒、顏料 、洗滌劑、催化劑（jì）、碳酸鍶、化肥（féi）、白炭（tàn）黑、無機鹽類、氯代（dài）異氰尿酸類、漂粉精、農藥、氧化物等，以及工業（yè）回收粉塵物料：如鑄鐵廠粉塵（chén）、鉛（qiān）、鋅（xīn）、鋁粉塵、轉爐粉塵、濾塵、磨削等粉塵。
