主要用途：

該機組適用於製藥、食品、化工等行業。具有風（fēng）冷、無篩（shāi）網等多種性（xìng）能，它不受（shòu）物料粘度、軟硬度及纖（xiān）維等限製，

對任何物料能起到較好（hǎo）的粉碎效（xiào）果，特（tè）別適用（yòng）於粉碎帶纖維的中藥材、帶一定油（yóu）性（xìng）的物料。

Main Application:

The machine is composed of feeder, grading wheel, pulverizing bIades, gears, pulverizing motor,  discharging gate,fans, collection box, dust collection box and etc. Any raw material, being feed into the grind chamber through the upper feeder, is pulverized by highspeed running blades. The fineness of the finished products is reguIated via the distance adjustment of grading wheel and grading plate. The highspeed running fans wiIl lead those pulverize dmaterial from grindingchamber to discharge gate via negative pressure while whose unpulverized remained in the chamber. The dust from grinding is filtered and recycled via the cloth bag or filter of the dust absorption box. The whole machine,designed according to GMP standard is madeof stainless steeI, with the features of easy structure, convenient operation and cleaning, Iow noise and high capacity, avoiding dust flying inproduction.

工作（zuò）原（yuán）理：

該機由加料鬥，分級輪。粉（fěn）碎（suì）刀片。齒圈，粉碎（suì）電機，出料口，風葉，集（jí）料箱，吸塵箱等（děng）部分組成，物料由加料（liào）鬥（dòu）進入粉碎室。通過高速旋轉的刀片進行（háng）粉碎，調節分級輪與分級盤（pán）的距離來達（dá）到所要求的物料細度，高速旋轉的風葉把達到要求的物料從粉（fěn）碎室引到集料箱布（bù）袋中，沒有達（dá）到要求的物料繼續在粉碎室中粉碎（suì），集料箱布袋（dài）產生（shēng）的粉塵由吸塵箱收集，該機組按“GMP”標準設計，機構簡（jiǎn）單，操作清理方便。噪音小（xiǎo），產量高，機器采用不鏽鋼材料製作，粉碎過程中無粉塵飛（fēi）揚。
