主（zhǔ）要用途：

本機（jī）由主機、輔機、電控箱三個部分組成，具有風選（xuǎn）式、無篩無網、粒度大（dà）小均勻（yún）等多種（zhǒng）性能，生產過程連續進行。該（gāi）機（jī）廣泛運（yùn）用於製藥、化工、食品等行業的（de）物料粉碎。

Main application:

工作原（yuán）理（lǐ）：

物料由料鬥經螺旋輸送器進（jìn）入粉碎室；被高速旋轉的刀片剪切粉碎，通過負壓（yā）風運的方法把（bǎ）物料運入旋風分離器，排出物料（liào）粉塵由吸塵箱經布袋（dài）或濾筒過（guò）濾回收，生產過程中無粉塵飛揚，且能提高（gāo）物料的利用率，降低企業成本。

Working method:

Raw material is delivered to the grinding chamber via hopper by spiralfeeder, and is cut and sheared by the high speed cutters, then the materialis moved into the whirlwind separator and sack dust catcher by the negative pressure sucking method. The dust is collected and recycled via cloth bag or fiIter of dust absorption box. There is no dust flying during production so as to improve the utiIization and decrease the production cast
