主要用途：

  適（shì）用於化工、製（zhì）藥、食品、飲料、種籽、礦渣等各行（háng）業的粉狀顆粒狀物料的幹燥、冷（lěng）卻、增業，還可應（yīng）用於同時進行幹（gàn）燥與冷卻與增濕作業。

Main application:

The  machine   is  suitable   for  drying .   cooling    humidifying  of powder and granule materials  in chemistry,  pharmaceutical, foodstuff, beverage and mining industries,also can be usedfor   drying,   cooling and humidifying simultaneously.

3、可調性好，適應麵寬。料層厚度（dù）和在機內移（yí）動速度以（yǐ）及全振幅變更均可（kě）實現無級（jí）調節。

4、對物（wù）料（liào）表麵的損傷小（xiǎo），可用於易碎物料的幹燥，物粒顆粒不規則（zé）時亦不影響工作效果。

5、采用（yòng）全封閉的結構，有效防止了物料與空氣的（de）交叉感（gǎn）染，工作環境清潔（jié），可以連續生（shēng）產。

6、機械效率與熱效率高，節能效果好，比一般幹燥設置可（kě）節能30%-60%。

Features:

1.Use vibration motor as vibration source. It is smooth in running and convenientin  maintenance.  The   noise is  low and the life is long.

2.The  state  of  fluidization  is uniform and no dead gaps and broken phenomenon.

3.It is good in adjustment and can be widely applied.  The thickness,  the speed of raw material moving inside machine and the change  of vibration breadth can be adjusted steeples.

4.It makes little harm to the surface ofraw material. So it can be used for fragile materials. If the granule is abnormal,  the effect  of process can not beeffected;

5.Fully   sealed  construction   effectively   prevents   cross   infection between  materials  and  air;  keeps  clean  work  environment   and makes it possible to continuous produce.

6.The efficiency of machinery and heat is high and 30-60% of energy can be saved than ordinary dryer.
