工作原理（lǐ）：

熱空氣由入口管以適宜的噴動速度從幹燥機底部進（jìn）入攪拌粉碎幹燥室，對物料產生強烈的剪切、碰撞、磨擦而被微粒化，強化了傳質傳熱。 在幹（gàn）燥機底部,較（jiào）大較濕（shī）的顆粒團在攪拌（bàn）器的（de）作用下（xià）被（bèi）機械破碎，濕含量（liàng）較低、顆粒度較小的顆粒被旋轉氣流夾帶上升，在上升（shēng）過程中進一步幹燥。由於氣固兩相作旋轉流動， 固相慣性大於氣相（xiàng）， 固氣兩相間（jiān）的（de）相對（duì）速度較大，強化兩相（xiàng）間的傳質傳（chuán）熱，所以該（gāi）機生產強度高。

Working Principle：

適用物料：

無機類：硼酸、碳酸鈣、氫氧化物、硫酸銅、氧化鐵、碳酸鋇、三（sān）氧化銻、各種（zhǒng）金屬氫氧化物、各（gè）種重（chóng）金屬鹽、合成（chéng）冰（bīng）晶（jīng）石（shí）等；

有（yǒu）機物：阿特拉津（農藥殺蟲劑）、月桂酸隔、苯甲酸、安（ān）息香酸（suān）、丹、草酸鈉、醋酸纖維素等；

陶瓷類：高嶺土、二氧化矽、粘土；

染料類：蒽醌（kūn）、黑色氧化鐵、靛藍顏料（liào）、丁酸、氫氧化（huà）鈦、硫化（huà）鋅、各種偶氮染料中間（jiān）體。

食品類：大豆蛋白、膠凝澱粉，酒糟（zāo）、小麥糖、小麥（mài）澱粉等（děng）。

Scope of Application:

Organic compounds: Fenatrol(insecticide of agrochemicaIs), cadmium laurate, benzoic acid, germicide, sodium oxalate, cellulose acetate and so on.

Dyestuff: anthraquinone, bIack ferric oxide, indigo blue pigment, butyric acid, titanium hydroxide, zinc sulfide, alI kinds of intermediate of azo dye-stuff.

Lnorganic compounds: borax, caIcium carbonate, hydroxide, copper sulfide, ferrc oxide, barium carbonate, antimony trioxide, all kind of metaIlic hydroxide, all kinds 0f heavy metallic salt synthetic ryolite and so on.

Ceramics: kaoline, silicone trioxide, cIay and so on.

Foodstuff: soy protein, agglomerative starch, Iees, triticin, wheat starch and so on.
