該機型由容器、螺旋攪拌葉片和傳動部件組成：螺旋葉片一般（bān）做（zuò）成雙層或（huò）三（sān）層外層螺旋將物料（liào）從（cóng）兩側向中（zhōng）央匯集，內層螺旋將物料從中央兩（liǎng）側輸送，形成對流混合。

Features:

This machine is composed of container,screw stirring paddles and transitionaI parts; the screw paddle are generally made into 1 layer or 3 layers,  the outer screw converge is  the  material to the  centre from two sides,  and the  inner layer of screw conveys the materiaI to  the two  sides from  the  centre,  so  as to from convection mixing.

適用範圍：

螺條混合機一般用於粘性或有凝聚性的粉粒體的混合以及粉粒體中添加液（yè）體及糊狀（zhuàng）物料的混合，同時由於粘性物料清洗困難的特點，適（shì）用於產量大、不經常更換品種的場合混（hún）合。

Main Application:
