結構特點：

該機型（xíng）由容（róng）器、螺旋攪拌葉片和傳動部件組成（chéng）：螺旋葉片一般做成雙層（céng）或三層外層螺旋將物料從兩側向（xiàng）中央（yāng）匯集，內層螺旋將物料從中央兩側（cè）輸送，形成對流混合。

Features:

This machine is composed of container,screw stirring paddles and transitionaI parts; the screw paddle are generally made into 1 layer or 3 layers,  the outer screw converge is  the  material to the  centre from two sides,  and the  inner layer of screw conveys the materiaI to  the two  sides from  the  centre,  so  as to from convection mixing.

適用範圍：

螺條混合（hé）機一般用於（yú）粘性或有凝聚性的粉粒體的（de）混合以及粉粒體中添（tiān）加液體及糊狀物料（liào）的（de）混合，同時由於粘（zhān）性物料清洗（xǐ）困難的特點，適（shì）用（yòng）於產量大（dà）、不經（jīng）常更（gèng）換品種的（de）場合混（hún）合（hé）。
