工作原理：

需（xū）要製粒的單一（yī）或多種粉體原料在沸騰床內（nèi）建立流態化過（guò）程，同時混合，粘貼（tiē）劑經特製噴槍霧化至流化界麵，物料（liào）凝聚成粒並幹燥，揮發（fā）水分由風機排出。

Working Method:

Mono or multi-kinds of powder materials for granulation are to be fluidized with in the fluidized bed and to be mixed,and then the bond agent is to atomized by special jet jun and to be sprayed on the fluidizedinterace.Meantime,the powder material is gradually granulized in dry ari and the colatilized water content is dis charged by blower fan.
