主要用途：

  本機適用於（yú）製藥、化工、食品等行業，是（shì）粉碎與吸塵為一體（tǐ）的新一代粉碎設備。

工作（zuò）原理：

  本機為錘式高（gāo）速（sù）粉碎機, 物（wù）料由料鬥經螺旋送杆進（jìn）入粉碎室，被高速旋轉（zhuǎn）的錘子擊（jī）碎而獲得粉碎。粉碎好的物料經旋轉離心（xīn）力的（de）作用，自動進入捕（bǔ）集袋，粉塵由吸塵箱經布袋過濾回收。該（gāi）機按（àn）GMP標準設計，采用不鏽鋼（gāng）材料製作，生產過程（chéng）中無粉（fěn）塵飛（fēi）揚，且能提（tí）高物料的利用率，降低成（chéng）本。

Working Method:

As a hammer style high-speed pulverizer, the machine utiIizes high-speed rotary hammer to crush the  raw material fed from  feeding  funnel  and rotary conveyer. The pulverized material  will  automaticalIy enter the colIection bag  by  the  centrifugal force.The dust from grinding is filtered and recycIed via the cloth bag or filter of the dust absorption box. The whole machine, designed according to GMP standard, is made of stainless steel, thus to avoid dust flying, improve the utilization of raw material and decrease the production cost. Currently, the machine has been on the worId advanced level.
