說明：

Dw係列是公（gōng）司開發的穿流連續式幹燥設備，用於透（tòu）氣性較（jiào）好的片狀（zhuàng）、條狀、顆粒（lì）狀物料的幹燥（zào）、對於（yú）脫水蔬菜（cài）、中藥飲片等含水率高，而溫度不允許高的物料尤為合適；該係列幹（gàn）燥機具有幹燥速度快、蒸發強度高、產品質量好的優點。對脫水濾餅的膏狀物料，需經造粒或（huò）製成棒狀（zhuàng）後亦可幹（gàn）燥。

Explain:

DW series, firstly developed  by our company, is the kind of continuous drying machine for drying of  striping, flaky and granule materials of  good gas  permeability,  especially  suitablefor  those doesnot  allow  high temperature such  de-water vegetable  and  Chinese herbs.  Theseries  has Features of rapid dry,  high evaporation strength and good quality,  It can  also be applied to  the drying of de-water paste materials  when granulated  or become clubbed form.

應用：

脫水蔬菜、顆粒飼料、味精、椰（yē）蓉、有機（jī）顏料、合成橡（xiàng）膠、丙烯（xī）纖維、藥品、藥材、小木製品（pǐn）、塑料（liào）製品、電（diàn）子元器件老化、固化等。

Application:

De-watering vegetable, granule feed ,sodium glutamate, desiccated coconut, organic pigment, synthetic  rubber, acrylic emulsion,  herbs, plastic, aging of electric parts, Etc.

工作原理：

物料由加料器均勻地鋪在網帶上，網帶一般采用（yòng）12-60目不鏽鋼絲網（wǎng），由傳動裝置拖動在幹燥機內移動。幹燥機由若幹單元組成，每一（yī）單元熱風（fēng）獨立循環，部分尾氣（qì）由專門（mén）排濕風機排出，廢（fèi）氣由調節閥控製，熱氣由（yóu）下往上或由（yóu）上往下穿過（guò）鋪滿物（wù）料的網帶完成熱量與質量（liàng）傳遞（dì）的過程，帶走（zǒu）物料水份。網帶緩慢移動，運（yùn）行速度可根據物料溫度自由調節，幹燥後的成品連續

Working principal:

The target  materials  are uniformly  put on the  mesh-belt  which generally  uses 12-60meshstainless steel and driven to  move  by transmission device. The dries is composed  of several units in  which hot air is circulated  separately. Some exhausts is brought out by special wet dis charger, waste air is controlled by adjustable valve. The hot  air passes through  the  mesh-beltcovered with the materials from the top to the bottom or vise versa which  completes the heat and mass transfer process and takes away wet content. The mesh belt move slowly  and its  speed can be adjusted  by  wet condition of materials. The drying materials fall into  the material collector continuously. The top  and bottom circulation units can be freely equipped according to the users' demand.The unit number can be selected according tobe demand.
