工作原理：

各種幹粉物料從設備頂部加入，經脫氣、螺旋預壓進（jìn）入對輥，在對輥極大的擠壓作用下使物料產（chǎn）生塑性變形而被壓縮成片狀。片狀物料再經過（guò）破碎、整粒、篩分等過（guò）程，得到顆粒狀產品。擠（jǐ）壓力的大小可根據（jù）造粒操作的需（xū）要由液壓油缸的（de）壓力進行調節。

Working principle:

Dry powder material of varying kind brought in from the top of the plant get into the twin-roller after being degased and pre-pressed  by screw and is  compressed by the  great pressure to form the table  material due to the plastic deformation. The shall be  be gotten tablet material well be come end products after the  process  of being  broken, marumerized, screen sized .The amount  of extrusion pressure can  be changed by adjusting the pressure of hydraulic cylinder according to the requirment of granulation.

應用範圍（wéi）：

膠囊填充顆粒、顏料 、洗滌劑、催（cuī）化劑、碳酸鍶、化肥、白炭黑、無機鹽類、氯代異氰尿酸類、漂粉精、農藥、氧化物等，以及工（gōng）業回收粉塵物料（liào）：如鑄鐵廠粉塵、鉛、鋅、鋁粉塵、轉爐粉塵（chén）、濾塵、磨削等粉塵。
