主要用途：

BG－G型包（bāo）衣機主要用於製藥、食品行業片劑，丸劑等進行包製糖衣、薄膜（mó）衣的多功（gōng）能包衣設（shè）備。

工（gōng）作原理：

機組由主機、配料噴（pēn）霧供給、淨化熱（rè）風、除塵排風及電氣操作等係統和（hé）部件組成。包裝衣的素蕊在包（bāo）衣筒（tǒng）內（nèi）轉動，不停地作複雜軌亦（yì）運動,由噴霧供（gòng）料係（xì）弘加壓（yā），通過噴槍或滴管自動將包衣介（jiè）質噴灑在素蕊表麵，同時，由熱風櫃提供的潔淨熱空氣（qì）穿過素蕊層，使噴在素蕊（ruǐ）表麵（miàn）形（xíng）成的包衣介質迅（xùn）速幹燥，使素蕊表麵快速形成（chéng）一（yī）層堅固、致密、光滑的表麵薄（báo）膜。

Working method：

Tthis unit is consisted by main motor,spraying supply for compound material,hot-air-purifying,dust-removingand ventilating, and electric  operating system etc.the plain cores of troche or pill are rotated in the coating cylinder followingthesophisticated locus movement under the function of stirring retainer,meanwhile,the spraying supply system is pressured to spray the coating medium on  the pain  corns  auto   matically   via  the  spray the  coating medium on the pain corns auto matically via the spray guns orthe burettes.meantime,the clean hot air suppliedby the hot air cabinet crosses through the plain corns layer to dry the coating mediumformed on the  surface of plain corns quickly.in the end,a layer  of  hard, thick and  smooth medium isshaped on the surface  of plain corns quickly
