主要用途：

本機由主機、輔機、電控箱三個（gè）部分組成，具有（yǒu）風選式、無篩無網、粒度大小均勻等多（duō）種性能，生產（chǎn）過（guò）程連續進行。該機廣泛運用於製藥、化工、食品等行業的（de）物料粉碎。

工作原理：

物料由料鬥經（jīng）螺旋輸送器進入粉碎室；被（bèi）高速旋轉的刀片（piàn）剪切粉碎，通過負壓風運的（de）方法把物料運入旋風分（fèn）離器，排出物料粉塵由吸塵箱經布袋或濾筒過（guò）濾回收，生產過（guò）程中無粉塵飛揚，且能提高物料的利用率，降（jiàng）低（dī）企（qǐ）業成本。

Working method:

Raw material is delivered to the grinding chamber via hopper by spiralfeeder, and is cut and sheared by the high speed cutters, then the materialis moved into the whirlwind separator and sack dust catcher by the negative pressure sucking method. The dust is collected and recycled via cloth bag or fiIter of dust absorption box. There is no dust flying during production so as to improve the utiIization and decrease the production cast
