農（nóng）藥WP、DP生產線工藝（yì）流程方案：

The technical process scheme ofthepesticide WP and DP production line：

粉碎操作單元是整套工藝的核心。粉碎機是確定農（nóng）藥粉碎細度工藝流程配置的（de）關鍵，依據農藥的特性、實驗數據及工程應用實例，選（xuǎn）用氣流粉碎機或微粉碎（suì）機，其粉碎所需的進料粒度一般為（wéi）60—325目。根據產品特性及生產工藝情況，確定本工（gōng）藝設計方案主要由：⑴混合、⑵粉碎、⑶混合（hé）、⑷包裝、⑸除塵係統。

The core of the whole process is the crushing operation unit. And the grinder is the key to determine the configuration of pesticide crushing fineness process, and according to the features of the pesticide, the experimental data and the examples of project application, select a jet mill or a microginder, whose feeding granularity required by crushing is generally 60-325 meshes. According to the product characteristics and the situation of the production technology, it is determined that the design scheme of the process is mainly composed of: (1) mixing, (2) crushing, (3) mixing, (4) packaging, and (5) the dust pelletizing system.

1、混合（hé）：將物料按所需比（bǐ）例分別投入混合機；混合機將物料連續混合均勻，使物料達（dá）到適合（hé）粉碎所需的物料狀態，以利粉碎（特殊物（wù）料需添加增加物（wù）料流動性的（de）介質）。

Mixing: put the material into the mixing machine respectively according to the required proportion; the mixing machine will mix the material uniformly and continuously to make it meet the material state that is suitable for crushing so as to facilitate the crushing (special materials needs to be added to increase the medium of the material liquidity).

2、粉碎（suì）：將來自混合機混合均勻的物料，連續輸送入（rù）粉碎機料倉，在特殊設計的螺旋元件的輸送作用下（xià），物（wù）料進入粉碎腔體進行粉碎，達到粉碎細度要求物料經分級輪分級後通過引風至旋風分離器氣（qì）粉分離後，關風機出料（liào）至第二混合機。（粉碎（suì）細度：1—35微米（mǐ））

 Crushing: continuously send the evenly mixed material from the mixing machine into the feed bin of the grinder, and under the transport effect of the specially designed spiral element, the material will crushed in the crushing cavity to the requirements of crushing fineness. After the material is classified by the classification wheel and made the gas-powder separation in the cyclone separator by induced air, close the draught fan and discharge the material to the second mixing machine. (Crushing fineness: 1-35 micrometers)

3、混合：將粉碎好的物料再次混合或第二次添加物料（已（yǐ）達到成品細度），使粉碎好的物料更均勻，符合成品要求。

 Mixing: mix the crushed material again or add the material for the second time (that has reached the finished product fineness), and make the crushed materials more even to conform to the requirements of the finished products.

4、包裝：將成品通過負壓的方式輸送至包裝機完（wán）成包裝。

 Packaging: send the finished products to a packing machine through the method of negative pressure for the completion of packaging.

5、除塵（chén）係統：保證在生產過程中粉塵的回（huí）收，達到潔淨生產和廢氣排放的環保要求。

 The dust pelletizing system: ensure the recovery of dust in the process of production so as to meet the environmental requirements of clean production and exhaust emission.
