農藥WG、WDG生產線工藝流程方案:

The technical process scheme of the pesticide WG and WDG production line:

造粒操作(zuò)單(dān)元是整套工藝的核心。造粒機是確定農藥造粒、幹燥(zào)工藝流程配置的關鍵,依據(jù)農藥的(de)特性、實驗數據及工程應用實例,選用雙螺杆擠出造(zào)粒機(傳動軸(zhóu)部分加冷(lěng)卻水係(xì)統)或旋轉造粒機,其造粒所需的濕含量約為12-18%。根據產品特性及生產工藝情況,確定本工藝設計方(fāng)案主要由:⑴混(hún)合(hé)、⑵造粒、⑶幹燥、⑷篩分、⑸包裝、⑹熱風及除塵係統組成。

The core of the whole process is the granulation operating unit. And the granulator is the key to determine the pesticide granulation and the configuration of the drying process, and according to the features of the pesticide, the experimental data and the examples of project application, select a twin-screw extrusion granulator (the transmission shaft parts and the cooling water system) or a rotary granulator, whose moisture contend required for the granulation is about 12-18%. According to the product characteristics and the situation of the production technology, it is determined that the design scheme of the process is mainly composed of: (1) mixing, (2) granulating, (3) drying, (4) screening, (5) packaging, and (6) hot wind and the dust pelletizing system.

1、混合:將(jiāng)粉體農藥和液(yè)體所需比例分別投入(rù)混合機;混合機將粉(fěn)體農藥和液體連續混合(hé)均勻,使物料達到適合造粒(lì)所需的物料狀態,以利造粒。

    1. Mixing: put the powder pesticide and the liquid into the mixing machine respectively according to the required proportion; the mixing machine will mix the powder pesticide and the liquid uniformly and continuously to make the material meet the material state that is suitable for granulation so as to facilitate the granulation.

2、造粒:將來自混合機混合均勻的濕物料,連續輸送入(rù)造粒機料(liào)倉,在特殊設計的螺(luó)旋和擠出元件的輸送、擠壓作用下,物料從開孔模板被強製擠出,並形成條狀。在擠出過程中和在後續操作過程(如幹燥、包裝等)條狀物料自然斷裂,從而得到長度基(jī)本均勻的圓柱狀顆粒,長(zhǎng)度一般在3.0-6.0mm之間(視物料性質變化)。模板開孔孔徑可根據需要調整(zhěng)、更(gèng)換(huàn),以得到所(suǒ)需粒度的顆粒成(chéng)品,一般調節範圍是φ0.6-φ1.8mm。

    2. Granulating: continuously send the evenly mixed moist material from the mixing machine into the feed bin of the granulator, and under the effects of the transmission and extrusion of the specially designed screw and the extrusion element, the material will be squeezed out forcibly from the perforated template and formed a strip. In the extrusion process and the subsequent operations (such as drying and packaging), the strip material will fracture naturally so as to get the cylindrical particles with the basically uniform length that is between 3.0mm and 6.0mm generally (according to the changes in the material property). The hole diameter of the template can be adjusted and changed according to the needs in order to obtain the particles of finished products with the required particle size, and the general adjustment range is φ0.6-φ1.8mm.

3、幹燥:幹燥(zào)是將造粒後濕含量為12-18%的顆粒狀農藥產品幹燥至1-2%,並(bìng)形成成品。該過程由幹燥機來完成操作。第(dì) 一段幹燥為高溫幹燥,以蒸發大量水分,第二段幹燥為低溫幹燥,使物料在降溫(wēn)過程中蒸發(fā)微量水分,以利(lì)產品質量便於(yú)直(zhí)接包裝。這(zhè)樣更利於生產的穩(wěn)定與幹燥係統節能。

3. Drying: drying is to make the granular pesticide products with the moisture content of 12-18% after the granulation drying to 1-2% and form the final finished products. The operation of this process is completed by a drying machine. The first period of drying is high temperature drying to evaporate great quantities of water, and the second period of drying is low temperature drying to evaporate trace water that can improve the product quality and is convenient for direct packing. In this way, it is more helpful to the stability of the production and the energy saving of the drying system.

4、篩分:顆粒與粉塵的分離,提高成品的質量。

5、包裝:將成品顆粒通過負壓的方式輸送至包裝機完成包裝。

6、生產線熱風及除塵係統(tǒng):保證在(zài)生產過程中(zhōng)物(wù)料(liào)水分的(de)蒸發(fā)及(jí)粉塵的回收,達到潔淨生產和廢氣排放的環保要求。
