主要用途：

  本機適用於製藥、化工（gōng）、食品等行業，是粉（fěn）碎與吸塵為一體的（de）新一代粉碎設備。

工（gōng）作原理：

  本機為錘式高速粉（fěn）碎機, 物料由料鬥經螺旋送杆進入（rù）粉碎室，被高（gāo）速旋轉的錘子擊碎（suì）而獲得粉碎。粉碎好的物料經旋轉離心力的作用，自動進入（rù）捕集袋，粉塵由吸塵箱經（jīng）布袋過（guò）濾回收。該機按GMP標準設計，采用不鏽鋼材料製作，生產過程中無粉塵飛揚，且（qiě）能提高物料的利用率，降低成本。

Working Method:

As a hammer style high-speed pulverizer, the machine utiIizes high-speed rotary hammer to crush the  raw material fed from  feeding  funnel  and rotary conveyer. The pulverized material  will  automaticalIy enter the colIection bag  by  the  centrifugal force.The dust from grinding is filtered and recycIed via the cloth bag or filter of the dust absorption box. The whole machine, designed according to GMP standard, is made of stainless steel, thus to avoid dust flying, improve the utilization of raw material and decrease the production cost. Currently, the machine has been on the worId advanced level.
