Dw係列（liè）是公司開（kāi）發的（de）穿流連續式幹燥設備，用於透（tòu）氣性較好的片狀、條狀、顆（kē）粒狀物料的幹（gàn）燥、對（duì）於脫水蔬菜、中（zhōng）藥（yào）飲片等含水率高，而溫度不允許高的物料（liào）尤為（wéi）合適；該係列幹燥機具有幹燥速度快、蒸發強度高、產品質量好的優點。對脫水濾（lǜ）餅的（de）膏狀物料，需經造粒或（huò）製成棒狀後亦可幹（gàn）燥。

Explain:

DW series, firstly developed  by our company, is the kind of continuous drying machine for drying of  striping, flaky and granule materials of  good gas  permeability,  especially  suitablefor  those doesnot  allow  high temperature such  de-water vegetable  and  Chinese herbs.  Theseries  has Features of rapid dry,  high evaporation strength and good quality,  It can  also be applied to  the drying of de-water paste materials  when granulated  or become clubbed form.

應用：

脫水蔬菜（cài）、顆粒飼料、味精、椰蓉、有機顏料、合成橡膠（jiāo）、丙烯（xī）纖維、藥品、藥材（cái）、小木製品、塑料製品、電子元器件老化、固化（huà）等。

Application:

De-watering vegetable, granule feed ,sodium glutamate, desiccated coconut, organic pigment, synthetic  rubber, acrylic emulsion,  herbs, plastic, aging of electric parts, Etc.

工作原理：

物料由加料器均勻地鋪在網帶上，網帶一般采用（yòng）12-60目不鏽鋼絲網，由傳動裝置拖動在幹燥機內移動。幹燥機由若（ruò）幹單元組成，每一單元熱風獨立循環，部分（fèn）尾氣由專門排濕風機排出，廢氣由調節閥控製，熱氣由下往（wǎng）上或由上往下穿過鋪滿物料（liào）的網帶完（wán）成熱量與質量傳遞的過程，帶走物料水份。網（wǎng）帶緩慢（màn）移（yí）動，運行速度可根據物料溫度自由調節，幹（gàn）燥（zào）後的成品（pǐn）連續

Working principal:

The target  materials  are uniformly  put on the  mesh-belt  which generally  uses 12-60meshstainless steel and driven to  move  by transmission device. The dries is composed  of several units in  which hot air is circulated  separately. Some exhausts is brought out by special wet dis charger, waste air is controlled by adjustable valve. The hot  air passes through  the  mesh-beltcovered with the materials from the top to the bottom or vise versa which  completes the heat and mass transfer process and takes away wet content. The mesh belt move slowly  and its  speed can be adjusted  by  wet condition of materials. The drying materials fall into  the material collector continuously. The top  and bottom circulation units can be freely equipped according to the users' demand.The unit number can be selected according tobe demand.
