主要用途：

本機廣泛適（shì）用於製藥（yào）、化工、食品等行業，將潮濕的粉末狀物料製成顆粒，亦可粉碎塊狀的幹物料（liào），並能進行快（kuài）速整粒。

Main application:

The machine can make granules from wet powder materials or break down the dry lumpish material. Which is widely used by the industries of pharmacy, chemical and foodstuff.

工（gōng）作原理：

通過機（jī）械（xiè）行動使滾筒往複擺動，將物料從篩網中擠出（chū）製成顆粒或粉碎製粒或快（kuài）速製粒。

Working method:

By driving of mechanism,the cylinder is swinging to-and-fro to force the target material squeezedfrom sieve to make out granules Orto smash it as granules.

Working  principle：

The fine powder material shall be continuously  mixed, particalized, eroidizer and compacted in the plant by  mechanical stiring force and  aerodynamic force produced by stiring force to complete the process of granulation. The shape of end products is spherical. The degree of spheroid is≥0.7,dia of the particals is from 0.3to 3.0mm ,rate of end products is ≥80%. The dia. of the particle  can  be changed properly  by means of adjusting the wetness of material or rotating speed of the main shaft .Generaly speaking ,lower moisture andhigher rotating speed, less grain size.

應（yīng）用範圍：

該機尤其適用於輕質、細（xì）粉（fěn）物料的造（zào）粒（lì）。細粉物料的基本微粒越（yuè）細，顆粒的球形度（dù）越高（gāo），成球質量越好。一般要求物粒造粒前（qián）粒度應小於300目為宜。典型應用物（wù）料：炭黑、白炭黑、陶土、高嶺土（tǔ）、電玉粉、分子篩、碳酸鈣、磷（lín）酸（suān）氫鈣等。

Applied scope:

This plant is   applied to the material with light mass and fine powder. Finer the basic partical, higher the degree quality of spheroid and quality. The requird  particle size  before granulation must less than 300 eyes.
